About
Clece commissioned a series of high-impact corporate events focused on innovation, workforce development, and social responsibility. Laboral Mad was an event created and organized to help unemployed, socially excluded audience find a job. They needed a visual identity that felt modern, cohesive, and inspiring across in-person conferences and digital promotions. As creative lead, I shaped visual themes to reflect their mission—combining dynamic layouts with impactful messaging to reinforce organizational objectives. This became a brand experience that resonated with employees, partners, and public audiences alike.
The core challenge was achieving visual unity across diverse formats—convention booths, printed programs, digital banners, and social media—with limited time and all undergoing regulatory review. We needed coordination with marketing, HR, venue teams, and vendors, while adapting design to unexpected venue constraints and digital shifts. Changing objectives during live events required agile design iteration. With evolving strategic direction, we kept visuals aligned with emerging messaging priorities.
Process:
We began with alignment workshops to define brand tone, stakeholder goals, and user journeys. Visual templates were designed in Illustrator and Photoshop, addressing iconography, typography, and tone. We managed digital and print spec packaging for smooth vendor handoffs. On-site visual installation, QA of displays, and real-time updates ensured consistency even during live modifications. Retrospectives after each event informed ongoing improvements.
Results:
– Branded spaces praised by attendees
– Clean, consistent visuals earned client trust
