About
As Creative Director for Porto Brazil, I directed a bold visual system that bridged swimwear collection identity. Mad Cool is Madrid’s flagship music festival—embracing pop, indie, rock and cutting-edge experiences—while Porto Brazil is an eco-conscious swimwear line launching alongside the event. The dual challenge was to craft a cohesive brand narrative that served two distinct audiences: festivalgoers and fashion consumers looking for sustainability. My role involved steering creative vision across both entities, ensuring the visuals merged festival energy with high-end swim-lifestyle sensibility. The goal was to elevate Porto Brazil’s presence at Mad Cool, reinforcing brand recognition and driving real-world impact.
Challenge
We needed a unified visual identity that felt authentic to both the festival’s cultural roots and the swimwear line’s sustainability ethos, while also resonating with key B2B clients. Juggling multiple stakeholders demanded a flexible but coherent brand system adaptable across merchandise, runway events, festival activations, and digital touchpoints. We also had to ensure fast turnaround under tight deadlines and coordinate with production vendors on-site. The evolving event strategy—such as festival sustainability commitments—required quick iteration and alignment with emerging goals.

Process:
I led audience and trend research to shape moodboards that captured festival excitement and eco-luxe aesthetics. Through collaborative workshops, we defined a brand voice that was bold, experiential, and ethically-driven. I then designed visual assets—logos, posters, stage graphics, merch, and runway visuals—integrating interactive elements like QR-driven storytelling and sustainable materials. On-site, we managed live activation direction, including immersive brand areas powered by LED screens and festival-grade materials to amplify the experience.
